argh!!! hate the feeling for not being able to meet the timing.. have been able to run in group for the past few training.. don't know what happen to me today.. maybe is my mental not ready for 1.46min pace.. still remember last monday training, did 1.50min and the run was quite ok for me... oh man... what happen to me... i don't want to drop out from the group and i want to improve.. got to push myself on.. not giving up nor banging the wall... got to be more focus and ready for workup.. must learn how to claim down and be cool
