Belated present..

Found out that my ITP is year 3 sem 2 which mean to say i'm doing FYP next sem.. well kind of a good new for me.. cos from now to next year AHM will be my half marathon training and if i have to go ITP next sem, i might not be able to train. got to pray hard that my ITP company is good.. good as in near sp or home and no need to work on sunday so i will be able to train for marathon next year..

anyway got to thank my classmate for the belated birthday present.. a shoe bag.. now i got 5 shoe bag already haha..

impossible is noting = noting is impossible
no wonder so many people like addias more than other brand that include me..

Finally!!! no more 30+km!!!

yesterday did the last training for marathon and that the end of it till the da itself.. this Sunday going to do only 20+km or less... thinking back.. all the run was fine only got one 25km run that i screw up.. ran too fast at first 5km then the run back sux... got to walk and run but i still manage to finish it faster then last 25km run... Marathon is just 3 week from now.. hopefully all those long run that i did on sunday do help.. those 30 over km really shag me out.. after running i still got to go work but next year, this thing won't happen as i'm going for attachment on the second half f the year.. hopefully my sunday will just be focusing on marathon training next year.. pray hard..

My first power gel

did 31km today and is my first time eating power gel and i can say.. it's disgusting!!! took 2 mouth to finish it and i also puke twice.. of cos the effect after eating it is great...

work after run is so so so damn tired but lucky today wasn't so bad.. i sold total of 28 pair of shoe.. top sale.. haha.. so proud of myself.. oh well.. it's late.. nite

back on track..

this week is really busy and tiring for.. always fall asleep while taking train home.. maybe i still not use to getting back to school life and of cos i haven't been sleeping early too.. time to make a change.. i use to sleep at 1130pm every time but not now.. but i'm sure i will find a way to change it back..

well this week i'm back for training.. mon 9km then fri 12km tomorrow 31km.. that should be the millage for this week... training from the basic.. 6'25 per km.. well who say training always need to go fast, this time. I'm starting slow.. 10 months of training for next year AHM.. i seriously want to do well for next year AHM.. hoping to do sub 1'45hr but i quite confident i might be able to do a bit more faster.. maybe a sub 1'44hr haha..

resting is also part of training... well sleeping soon.. nite everyone that read my blog

Custom make Oakley shade

Lesson was super boring so i went wild on Oakley site and found that actually the site allow us to custom make our own shade and the price was quite reasonable..
I have this model but full black so am thinking to change the rubber tube to white to make it nicer

Thinking about getting this model, Flak jacket as it is more firm to wear. This is the custom made color but i don't think will be able to get it in Singapore unless i order from the site itself. Even got my name on the lens.

Just doing this custom made for fun. I don't suite "Jawbone" and "Radar".

Sunday run

Was up early for Sunday run. today plan was to do 28km, same as last week. same pace same toilet break. Just that i bought some money to buy 100 plus for water break in between of the run. manage to cut down a few min despite spending more time at a water checkpoint where i bought a bottles of 100 plus then walk a little before i continue my run.

When reach the 8km point, my pace was a little faster. i manage to overtake 2 runner. At first i tried to get close to them following behind then i ran at their side telling myself if the runner turn his head, i will make a pass. And ya i did that to 2 of them and the pass really shocked them. haha.. quite fun passing them like that..

After run, wash up then head to work.. work was tiring after the run but no choice.. marathon coming and i really want to train for it.. i can't imagine i walk the marathon.. it's worst then forcing myself to run even if i can't...

staff center buffet

Had 2 hr lesson today only.. this whole week lesson have been canceling.. if there is any make up lesson then we're dead.. today lesson ended early.. then headed off to fc6 to have a bite while my classmate had their lunch.. Was going to meet Mr tan they all for lunch to discuss about some track stuffs. went to clubhouse to slack at 11 plus then headed off to staff center to wait for them. Mr tan suggest we had buffet so ya.. pick up our plate and start eating... I learn from Mr tan had prawn mee with half the bowl of prawn and a few strand of mee... so that the way to eat PRAWN mee.. important is the prawn not the mee.. pretty scary to see him eat like tat.. we discuss and eat at the same time..

after lunch headed back to clubhouse to slack then off to go for training.. training was playing game.. actually also not game.. we did shot put, high jump, back run and some run. first time doing high jump and ya.. kind of fun but nearly injure too.. overall had fun..

shit i deleted some of the high jump photo.. wanted to move to memory card but memory full and there gone my photos.
