did 11.5km for today training.. nv feel so great b4.. today did a faster pace and i like.. hmm... feel so great.. not that tired either... it's only the up slope that killed me.. overall the run is still GREAT!!! i learned my lesson.. training shouldn't be done so last min.. i know i over do it.. sub 2 hr for 21km.. got to postpone it to next year army half... i'll just do my best in the upcoming 21km race maybe i'll be able to break it though.. haha got to relax and set my mind ready for it... new target for the run.. maintain a constant pace during the run.. not like army half... run so fast for the first 5 to 10km then at the end gone case...

Please don't set a full stop to your stand charted 21km timing. You never know till you out there to run. During this period maintain the same type of feeling you had today. During the 21km run, recall the same type of feeling and feel it. Once your body and mind is in a more relax forms, you might achieve a sub 2hr run. GOOD LUCK.
