went to school around 11am plus to study and of cos ate lunch at fc3 cos cheaper to eat in school haha.. went to clubhouse to study, at first i was like moving about just cannot focus on studying but ya finally settle down and start to mug on it. study until around 5pm plus then we head down to stadium.. oh my god.. stadium so empty.. only yi lin and i reach then the rest was like.. WHERE R U GUYS!!! lucky still got some souls came down.. haha.. TIME TIRAL TODAY!!! must be thankful that coach think of better way to phase "Time trial" and ya make it sound better... just before the run, i was like thinking wat pace to go at.. at first wanted to go for 100 sec pace.. but come to think of it.. i don't think i'll be able to handle it but i just got to try.. timing end up like
1'36, 1'40,1'41,1'45,1'48,1'41 total of 10'13... oh man.. hate this timing.. but haha just nice my bday date oct 13 LOLZ!! seem like i won't forget my pb for 2.4km.. headed down to tiong bahru for dinner and we had SUBWAY! finally! if not i got to disturb ling er till i ate it.. cos she make me crave for it.. had a little chat after eating and richard was like.... DAMN LAME LA!!! haha plus coach it's like... ON MY GOD!!! SO COLD!!!
