Clear lane 3 ya!!!

training today was ok... almost to the end of training, heard coach say "plz clear lane 3 yeah!!! "lolz.. sound so funny and the tone he use.. oh well.. look like track training is getting fun.. tomorrow training early.. faster go sleep le..
