Did my workout at 9am today and the weather is like so HOT!!! lucky brought my shade with me. got project to settle in the evening so got to start early myself.. did 5km in track, can't run outside as no one is there to look after my stuff.. got the store key from qiwen but still can't leave the key there and i scare the key will drop if i put it with me.. better don't mess with school stuff if not must money fly away.. lolz.. must save money now... coach teach de..
after workout, went to fc6 to have breakfast. happen to see grace there instead of my friend lolz.. had a light meal so here i am having lesson.. Lesson i said not blogging.. lolz
thing learn from coach yesterday.. An athlete life is not easy, to be a real athlete. One must know how to manage time well and putting social life aside and of cos focusing on training...
