6 whole years training

thinking back, i have been training in the gym for six whole years... since secondary 3 to last year and i have only started running less than 1 year... In gym, i only run 20 to 30min for warm up and right now I am targeting to compete races and reaching the next level of fitness.. 1 big mistake i made for the past few years, i never build my back muscle which is one of the important muscle group... had a serious back injury before and that the main reason i never train my back muscle which is a BIG MISTAKE!!! having to suffer back pain again make me worried... i so going to build up my core muscle when i have recover...

thinking back.. the worst love story i went through isn't the the gal i fond for 2 years that happen to be a lesbian.. actually is last year... oh well V-day coming and once again I'm alone... maybe this year will be a bit special cos got race!!! special ar..
