gem lesson end early today so i decided to head back home to take a short nap.. while i was resting in living room, i heard someone opening the door. must be that useless guy come home.. oh well.. i stood up and open the door for him but the moment i open the door, i saw that BITCH!!! (another woman beside my mum...) was thinking why on hell is she there.. Argh!!! off the tv and went to my room and of cause with a little slamming sound of my room door. just to show that she's not welcome...
raining weather.. so i plan to wear my tight for today training.. was kind of in the mood to run but the weather seriously spoil it... when i know the workout, it's like.. a little fast but i told myself that i got to push myself to meet the timing though i keep saying scare... went off for 2 lap and i can feel my back hurting.. got bad experience with back pain.. so i think i better not force my way through.. my back was injure ton of times and it like very long to recover.. not going to risk my backache...
