Did 3.6km x 2 interval workout today... Manage to meet timing for first set but not the second set... Second set was like.. so tiring.. tired until i never even bother to time my lap and didn't even stop the timing... oh man.. seriously need to make it a habit to time my lap no matter how shag i am... Just now for the second set, i was like.. giving chase to the person in front... thank to pei yi and grace... manage to target them and make my leg move on but still didn't manage to meet timing.. should have force myself to maintain the pace throughout...
