haven't been training for a long time.. got to let my injure feet and tendon rest. Still can feel the pain from the sport massage.. lucky my tendon never feel any pain. Think when i get back to track, i will ask not to do speed workout as i don't want the pain to come back right after the recovery...
well woke up early today, going for movie. Morning woke up and think about yesterday thing and i felt badly hurt and insulted (save the detail don't wish to think about it again). Way to panjang just kept me thinking about it.. But i manage to claim myself and kept my emotion control, it's not good to show it out when it's something bad..
anyway had lunch then went to Vivo City for coffee then to movie.. watched Bodyguards and assassins and it's really a great show.. was so focus on the show even when there something lame being said i was too busy watching it instead.. damn nice.. will watch again online..
had dinner at vivo city, ate something new and it's taste nice.. so ya.. it's won't be the last time eating there..
tomorrow meeting my ITE friends for cycling at east coast.. well my road bike can't really ride far as all my gears haven't reach yet.. argh.. can't wait to get back to running and start ridding!!! if not next year half marathon someone won't wait for me!!!
