I have decided to take on tri race this year.. maybe going for tri-factor this year which is oct.. from now till then, i got to faster learn swimming and bike... this few week have been learning swimming on Tuesday and Friday.. still got to do my bike and run millage... plan was
Mon - Run
Tue - Ride and Swim
Wed - Run
Thur - Ride
Fri - Run and swim
Sat - Long ride
Sun - Long Run
got to slowly increase my training days... not rushing to do it too fast.. this time i really want to prove people wrong.. My close friend say i can't do it, i will prove him wrong.. have already plan to do tri but only plan to do it but for now... I'M GOING TO DO IT!!!
