Sunday work was tiring too... but today workout more tiring.. was kind of shock to see the workout.. 20km... been a long while tat i did 20km.. last year nov.. 20km seem all right.. but haven't been doing long workout so ya.. Decided to do the workout on track which mean.. 50 laps! gosh... kind of scary i think.. didn't want to do on road cos my tendon still kind of pain... during the workout, i must really thanks alfred.. whenever i ask for water, he will be like.. running toward my bottle... during the run, i still manage to pace my sec school junior for his 2.4km when he fighting hard to finish he's last 2 lap of 2.4km..
After finish the 50 lap, there is 2 guys that came up to me and ask how many lap i ran, how long i ran and what time i start running.. told them and they were like wow.. guess they still never know there are people tat do much longer distance than me.. and also.. they kind of ass also.. haha i just ran finish and was already quite shag yet they come and disturb me.. it's kind of tough for today but some how i'm quite happy.. cos i thought i won't be able to finish the 50 lap and i kind of like tat sore and tired feeling cos i know my fitness go up!
