Well I attend the biggest event in Singapore! BUT i didn't race it.. i went to watch the race... 1.9km of swim, 90.1km of bike and finally 21.1km of run... This race will show how a person push their limit off.. A lot of people join run event without training, some just go there and walk a marathon but if you're talking about Half Ironman. You're digging your own grave if you're not prepare enough. No matter how long the person take to finish the race, they still finish the distance without giving up.
Looking at them race, i tell myself. If people can do it, so do I.. Doing a marathon is a break though for me right now, i will train well in my swim and head forward for next year. If my fitness is ready for the half ironman, i will do it to prove to people and to myself that there's noting impossible without training and trying. What i need now is to have positive friends around to support me in training and encouraging me to do it instead of having some ASSHOLE friend that only know how to say those negative stuff that make people pissed...
Was kind of lucky to be able to watched Craig Alexander Transition from bike to run, this whole group of Elite came in and one of them block his way. He said "Give way please" in a gentle and polite way... Even if he's rushing to get his gear ready for run he still manage to be a gentlemen.
After the race, we had sushi buffet at Kuishin Bo and Monday i had a company steamboat buffet too.. gosh eat so much... This week got to train harder!
