Had Sake Shusi for dinner then off for movie.. Reach home around 12am, surf a while then head off to bed... didn't get enough sleep the past few days..
Wed had a short light run in the evening after like so many week from running... my newton shoe have been in my shoe bag for a long time.. well tendon still kind of hurt but short run won't make it worst i guess.. did 7 type of strengthening before heading back home for dinner...
slept kind of late... 12plus and i got to wake up at 4.15am for ride... going on new route and ya i little confuse here and there and thing isn't very smooth either... first thing, my rear wheel had problem and need to adjust when i'm entering west coast highway then when i'm near my house, my front tyres puncture and i can't unclip in time and had a good fall with no open wound... thank goodness it's near my house so i can like slowly push back my bike.. ride for only 27km and it's around 6.30am so can't continue the ride... so ya.. continue my sleep and heading out later...
