Did a 750m swim trial today. Beaststroke instead of free style as i can only swim beaststroke now.. timing seem to be a bit off... clock like 2'57min per 100m and i can rem clocking around 2'46min last time when doing 500m.. But well manage to clock 21'20min and best of all, i manage to overlook one guy swimming beside me and he swimming free style and not just once. I caught up with him in one of the lap and he was quite in front of me.. damn shiok... got to thank him too.. because of him i can push myself faster...
After swim, went to have a hair cut at tpy... as usual my hair stylist cut back the same hair style as i never really tell him what i want. Wash my hair by another gal staff and again she wet my shirt at the back... gosh..
not much plan for today as i'm kind of tired too from the swim and stuff so had bunch then headed back for a short nap.. wanted to go for an hour run but just 15min out, the rain start coming in so no choice went back and do my core muscle exercise... working in the weekend sian.. but lucky the staff there was fun to work with so ya.. still not that bad... got to get busy tomorrow so better to sleep early
Forcing myself to go to bed at 2330hr!!!
