This week training..

This week training have been good..

Monday - went down for track training. wanted to do light run but ended up doing workout with those year 1. Thought can't catch up with the 2 min pacing but i rather shocked that i can finish it..

Tuesday - Went for light run and head for swim.

Wednesday - Went for ride but got a flat.. damn.. waited 1 hr plus for a cab home with the heavy rain..

Thursday - Rest

Friday - Swim 1km and went straight for track training.. 1km swim follow by 5km run

Saturday - Long ride.. reach 60km and started pouring heavily..

Sunday - Easy ride.. 50km

Oh well.. heading off to work soon..
