Understand ur body

How often do you train on a well rest body? And also a body that have enough sleep? I really find that, having enough sleep time and sleeping at correct hour is really important. Rem last Saturday, i only slept for an hour plus and i still headed out for ride.. though i still can manage the ride but i just get tired faster and needless to say i got to force myself to focus more.

Knowing that riding in Singapore is so dangerous, i tell myself. For every single ride, i just going to keep myself 110% focus not just on myself but also on the road with all the road terror driving around. Sg got too many cycling accidents.

When you feel tired and didn't have enough sleep, don't train. BUT if is muscle tired, DO GO TRAIN! Know your body limit.. push too much and you will find yourself needing more time to recover...

Train well, Train safe and Train smart... Recovery is also part of training...
