Last weekend..

Last weekend had a long day out.. Fri was MX bday and was the 2.4km time trial as the stadium is opened and we can use the track.. did a personal worst for my time trial.. 9'44 and i was like planning to do a sub 9'30.. seem like i need to get use to the pacing.. had dinner with the track junior then headed back home to prepare my ride the next day..

Wasn't able to sleep well.. thoughts were running through my mind and stuff.. seem like i shouldn't just let go that easy.. mind was being bother by all the stuffs.. all the stuffs those make me happy and also disappointed me.. still.. i manage to get some sleep then headed off to long house.. reached 5min late and i thought everyone went off without me.. join the other group instead of "go green".. was doing good till petrol station.. my chain got stuck and no one waited for me and headed off.. i was stuck at the traffic light so i won't be able to join them back that fast so i decided to stick with the anza road terror first.. manage to catch up then off i went for the ride..

got home and was planning to go for light breakfast before heading to bike and bites but i fall totally asleep and was woke up by sms.. headed down to have a look at the bike shop and stuff.. got myself SIS too.. after that headed down to lido for movie! step up 3 in 3d.. damn nice!

after movie, headed to zach house.. one of the "go green" rider.. hang around his house for a couple of drink and headed out for dinner.. we're dining at one French Restaurant.. Food there are pretty ex.. well thank to zach we got a set meal offer @ $40.. one soup and main course.. not a bad deal as the food is really nice.. Waited very long for the food to come and well.. got home late too.. next day still got to go for long run..

Woke up for run.. was planning to do a 20km before tapering.. so headed to mac for the run.. was planning to do the normal flat route till this runner from the group i normally ran with asked me if i wanted to do the "air con" route.. well since everyone doing i might as well join them and do the scary route with lot of slope.. the route was pretty tough with those rolling hill.. heartrate shoot up to 90% even when i doing a constant long run pace..

after run was the most SIAN moment... got to head to work.. i hate weekend when i got to work after training.. so freaking tired but well.. i don't have any choice.. next week on.. no more work on Sunday! i had adjust all my plan and work so sunday i can at least rest..
