This year AHM was a bit different from the past few year, this year race on Sept instead of August.. then there's a little change in the running route too..
Reached one hour before race start.. this year start at 5.15am instead of 5.30am.. put my bag then headed to toilet.. slow jog over to starting point and warm up a little.. this year not going to push my ahm timing as the date is too near to standard chart marathon.. don't want to get myself injure.. Marathon still the main goal this year..
Well.. during the run, i saw a lot of runner doing their best not stopping even when they're doing like 2hr plus timing or slower and of cos without fail, there are ppl that go there without training and plan to walk the whole race..
Going for a race trained but can't run fast is still all right but going for a race just because want to get finisher medal or want to show off just too.. seriously hate this kind of ppl.. wasting the slot and blocking ppl way..
after the race, wash up and headed for breakfast at coffee bean.. want to try something new.. instead of eating mac breakfast or what.. coffee bean food was quite nice instead... refillable coffee or tea when purchase their sandwich..
This year after race still feel good.. no aching no sore.. still can afford to do workout on Monday...
