As Marathon is coming, long run distance got to increase.. after AHM 2010, it's time to set focus on Marathon.. I planned my Sunday long run already.. just nice to peak 2 week before marathon.. instead of doing one set of 36km, this year i plan to do 2 or maybe longer distance like maybe 38km.. well.. got to see how thing flow..
Last weekend was good.. good ride and good run though the pace for the long run is slower yet tiring.. but overall still a very good training.. Sunday run was kind of.. only a few MR runner ran.. a few of them doing 16km and some of us did 22km.. weather was hot to the max.. after the run i'm like losing lot of water.. force myself to drink the whole 1500ml bottles of 100 plus..
was damn tired and cramped after the run.. slept 2 hour plus and head to sp for swim.. 2 training session on Sunday.. Love doing this on weekend.. instead of shopping or working, i do something i like and save money too!
never do time trial today as i know my leg won't perform and i need to relax my tight muscle.. saw someone i didn't like.. seriously hate him.. a USE TO BE sp coach.. he insulted me a couple of time just because i don't want to train under him for long jump.. what kind of coach is him.. look down on me and say i won't be able to even finish 25 lap around track.. what is 25 lap if i have done 50 lap.. still.. he said i will just walk when running half marathon.. BUT still i finish the full marathon with a average timing.. really feel like throwing all my AHM and standard chart finisher medal at him..
Marathon is coming.. if u sign up for it, good for those that make effort training. if u sign up but never train, don't ever say anything about long run in front of me. cause i hate ppl that sign up for the seek of the finisher tee, medal and of cos.. showing off.. just hate this kind of ppl...
