worst long run ever..

As per normal.. Sunday was long run day.. 25km.. woke up at 4am and weather seem bad. when i was up at 5.30am, weather seem all right so i made my way out.. first thing i forgot is my running top.. but lucky i'm at the lift only.. when i'm on the first bus.. i found out i didn't brought my coin pouch out.. damn.. i need coin for the locker.. but it's not a big issue.. manage to get some coin and also boarded the bus.. damn.. found out i forgot my.. SOCK! gosh.. 25km without sock is torture but hack.. don't want to think about what going to happen to my feet... just run only.. was telling myself to wear watch BUT guess what.. i lock it in the locker and i don't have any more 1 dollar coin..

Suffer during run but still manage to finish 25km.. feet had 3 huge blister.. but i'm not going to do anything till i swim.. called BIKE CONNECT to ask for the price for my bike repair.. seem reasonable so i cycle down to put my bike with them.. can only collect it on Tuesday.. but i can't collect due to work so i got to collect it on Friday instead..

2.5km of swim.. stone a while after finishing it.. damn mental.. headed for dinner then went back home.. cut my blister.. as this way will cure faster.. feet was so pain after cutting it.. can't bother much.. went to bed after checking my result at 1.26am.. when my classmate msn me and woke me up..

feet still hurt when i went down to buy bunch.. time to go training.. brought extra plasters and extra sock.. today training seriously use a lot of plaster and also wore 2 pair of sock.. still hurt but still manage to endure it through.. feel so shiok after finishing the workout.. 1'48 per lap.. feel so good doing that pacing..

Coach asked if we're done with the strengthening and i told him we got one more to do.. one of them was like... why tell coach got one more.. was kind of pissed.. why complain about it.. this is what we have to do every training and doing strengthening help us in out running so why complain? for what? want to improve but don't want to work on it.. might as well don't train.. go do ur own run and u can decide what u want to do..

soreness and aching mean.. ur muscle grow which mean.. fitness level go up!
