I use to looking forward for attachment as i will have extra allowance and i can cut down on my weekend part time job BUT it is also a fact that i can't adapt to the office hour working hour.. Still can't get my training fix into my daily work.. I can't affect my work but i also don't wish to stop my training so i have been telling myself to sleep early nowadays.. use to sleep at around 12 to 1am but now i'm forcing myself to sleep before 11.30pm.. slowly i will cut down to 10pm.. i seriously need to sleep early so that i can wake up for my training.. seriously want to go back to my Monday to Sunday training routine and also extra mileage on my bike and run...
this year marathon i know that i didn't have the right mileage for it so instead of forcing myself to push the training, i choose to take it easy.. sad to say after so long.. now then i know i need hell lot of mileage for my run.. coach been telling me this but.. now then i understand.. hope it's not too late...
LIM SEE YONG!! NO MORE TRAINING IN THE EVENING! WAKE UP EARLY FOR TRAINING AND GO TO WORK!!! COME BACK FOR DINNER, ANOTHER 30MIN OF WORKOUT AND STRENGTHENING!!!
