hai... lesson so boring.. can't stand her mono tone!!! sound so boring!!! the way she teach really cannot make it sia... hai.. poly teacher... last sem got 2 boring teacher.. this sem got 3.. my god!!!
oh man... last min training for 21.1km can be madness... i know i have been over train.. from 14.2km to 17.02km can be mad but i only left with 1 month to train... last min though... nv learn my lesson from army half... i should have plan training earlier... for my next race, i got to plan at least 3 to 4 months of training before going to the train.. i'll start training for my 42km next year after my 21.1km as wat coach teach... have to get back to basic..
at time i do really hate myself.. my mind just couldn't stop thinking..
