woke up early at 6am for long run.. manage to get morning call to wake up... not quite happy with the run.. planning to do 17.02km but i end out did less than 14.2km... quite angry with myself... after resting and had breakfast, i start thinking wat wrong with me today.. last week i did 14.2km and i can still go on for another round of the 2.84km route..
Reason why???
1. not enough sleep.
2. mental not ready for the run.
3. sudden increase from 14.2km to 17.02km.
4. going round and round the 2.84km route can be boring.
5. nv set the pace for this workup.
6. nv clear stomach b4 the run, stop to look for toilet.
