Coke is a wonderful drink!

did 2 time 9km today with a short break in between. Coach been telling us to follow the break time given and i do obey what he said, i rather be slow in my next set of workout rather then taking extra break. when i was running the 2nd set, i can feel the lactic acid on my leg at around 6 to 7km... i keep telling myself not to think about it and focus on finishing the workout.. it's do help.. was ask to walk 1 round before doing the strengthening... i should for walk a little slower to let myself grab some air... strengthening was kind of xiong as I'm still grabbing for air but thanks to the other runners that keep encouraging me to push on... been a long time since i shag out till like that.. think the last time was out in the field in army... was kind of shag when on train but after buying COKE from 7-11 , i feel myself feeling better... but think about the sugar level of the coke.. my god... planning to lose mass... so i come to a conclusion, no more heavy load for me. only use reasonable weight to ton up... And last but not least, not to make coach angry.. think i did it a lot of time... shit me...

formal wear for tomorrow presentation.. lucky it's tomorrow not any training day.. hopefully won't see kai yin tomorow.. always saw her in fc6.. kai yin you should know what to do liao ar..
