illness go away!

oh man.. sore throat day 2.. starting to get running nose too.. shit.. think i better drink more water and recover fast.. it's not good to miss training and most importantly Chinese New Year is coming! don't want to NOT able to eat those cookies and stuffs.. lucky it's not very serious yet..

went to gym to do some light strengthening after lesson with that iron lady.. when doing the workout, i feel that i no longer can lift heavy load like last time. did 40kg dead lift plus 20 wide arm push up and it's like.. killing me.. oh well guess i can't compare last time to now... one thing for sure, i run faster and longer compare to last time.. think it's time to stay focus and bring myself to the next level of fitness.. beside workout given by coach, think i got to build up my core muscle to avoid injury...
