This sem have been very diff from the past few sem. Training days have increase, from 3 to 4 days to 6 days training per week.. sometime even trained 7 days... running, riding and swimming.. love riding the most..
Always been looking forward to Saturday ride with the go-green group, last stop will always be at tanglin starbuck. Having coffee with the group chatting can be such a good way to destress. They're just a group of cheerful ppl that will share their story and always never fail to make ppl laugh.
Track training been fun too.. though i still like the previous running group cos we always go out for dinner after training...
Time to get back to long run again! Been a long while since i ran with the MR runner at mac.. hopefully they still rem me.. haha.. they're just the group of runner that will give u confident and also cheer u up..
well.. swim training.. hmm.. most of the time i swam alone so ya.. quite boring.. haha.. my goals for next year.. 6.5km swimalthon!!! I WANT TO JOIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
