1.8km time trial today.. 4 and a 1/2 round... coach gave me 98 sec per 400m and i did 40,90,100,100,102 sec.. so dangerous pace... wanted to do 90 pace, think i stress myself too much that i can't really focus... or maybe i still not that good yet... actually if i can look at my watch timing clearer, think i will be able to run faster.. was too focus on finishing it that i nv look at the timing... when i finish running, i wasn't very tired.. just a little tried unlike the past few time trial.. think i could have do better maybe by 5sec.. haha no different i know.. after training, i rush off to buy Oakley shade. manage to get a deal from a collector from hougang.. didn't know the place, lucky got my friend to guide me there.. met the dealer and ya.. he is very friendly to us and ya he is willing to help Oakley shades lover to get the model whoever want... wow.. haha love my shade!!
