Wet training day...

it's been a long while since i have been training under the rain.. i can say... today training is a little scary... those that came for training just now should know what happen.. today training is interval training 2.8km x 2.. as usual first set is ok.. second set got to push a bit... after resting.. did 5 set of 20 push up, 70 sit up, 50 back rise and step up... think it's also time for me to increase my strengthening... haven't been going to gym for a long time so ya got to make up with those strengthening... got to tell coach that from next training on, i will do my own strengthening...

shall start with.
5 set of 20 push up R45sec
5 set of 20 sit up R30sec
2 set of 50 back rise R30sec
1 set of step up 10 each

hopefully i want do it.. haha those reading my post plz remind me haha

war with the housefly

this sem seem a little hard for me to study at home.. don't know why also.. but well i have been studying in clubhouse and today i studied in bukit merah library... was out in the morning till about 4pm then i started studying... manage to find a corner near the window and i start studying with 2 emo people sitting near me... wa.. they really look damn emo la... sit at one corner and behave like.. damn emo... haha... as i was studying got this damn housefly flying around me.. if i wasn't in library i sure to smack the housefly hard with my book like those housefly that i killed while working at central mall.. no choice but seriously the housefly is irratating so i took out my pen and like trying to poke the housefly... mange to poke the fly like 2 times but never seem to chase it away damn... after studying like 2 hour, i start to feel hungry and off i go home sweet home.. nap after eating(oh no!) well got to start mugging again..

R.I.P mj

omg.. mj passed away... was at the kitchen when i heard the news from the radio.. went to read yahoo news and was shocked to know that he is 50 years old.. thought he is around 45 like that... quite sad.. 50 is still quite young.. though i'm not a very big fan of him but still he's the legend for pop songs...

anyway back to time trial... this time round i miss by 5 sec... hmm.. there a curse in time trial for me...

400m trial pass
800m trial miss by a couple of sec
1200m trial pass
1600m trial miss by 5sec
what next???

when on my way back home, i feel a little pain in my tendon... shit.. have been wonder why i have so many injury.. think of it must thanks to basketball and working at warehouse...

what wrong with you!

hai.. when i thought that after my sister got out to work, things in the family will get better but i'm seriously damn wrong.. she didn't help out in the family all she do is earn and spent... don't think she gave my mum money too.. my mum still paying for her handphone bill and that cost at least $180 per month. Seriously don't know where did all her money gone to.. office job plus part time.. think she a bit siao.. work 2 job just to spent more.. sometime i see her skip her office work also.. if u have to work night part time job and give up on office job which pay her more, might as well go work at night better.. some people just don't know how to think for other... she can like spent so much on diet pills and other stupid shit... always made empty promise to me like giving me $50 for my transport... she even dare to complain that i'm closer to my cousins than her.. my god.. of cos la they not like you.. seriously don't know what she is thinking... i dare to say, she the worst gal that i know so far.. damn dirtly and brainless... sometime i rather NOT to have a sister...

Monday blue??? Nope monday busy

woke up early today, got to meet the rest for CRM assignment.. meet them at 12pm then head off for lunch.. was kind of shock when they say want to do assignment at the smelly and noisy fc5... sorry people i like to work in some place that is quiet... can discuss without having a need to tok so loud.. did assignment like less than 1hr then head off to study at clubhouse.. manage to study for a while before turning in for a short nap...

training end quite late, lucky didn't went for dinner.. house got cook so went back with LuLu and gang... now then i know why qiwen always call them ladies.. cos they walk worst than ladies..

watched half of NBA final lakers vs magic g4... waiting for people to upload the damn g1 where kobe score 40 points!!!

oh well.. got to bath then go study already... got to start mugging..

not again... pain!!!

hai.. slept early last night.. slept at 11plus.. when i woke up at 3am, i feel my right tendon feeling very tight. i thought it will be ok but when i woke up at 5.15am. Instead of feeling tight i feel pain. the tendon pain is always on and off ranging from little pain to pain...

after waking up, i just can't go back to sleep so i grab my gear wanting to go tiong bahru garden for some strengthing but i end up going for a 2 hr run... lucky the tendon isn't tat pain when i start running... went west and i head to sp. isn't very far from my place, took the long way there and reach about 38min. continue running until about 54min then head to stadium toliet, had a drink then off i go for the rest of the 1 hr plus.. came to a stop at 2hr straight then cool down a little then went back home..

feeling a bit tired after the run.. no work today so.. i can afford to sleep a little.. bunch after napping..

Went for my 2nd ippt trial and lucky that the end for this year.. no RT for me... Today really seem to be a bad day for me... screw up most of the station even sit-up, yesterday i did 40 time in less than 38sec but today i did 41 time in about 48sec... a couple of no count.. at first i did chest to knee but that cause me to have no count... the machine only want us to do elbow to knee only, want us to save energy.. such a good machine.. chin up was bad too.. did 11 but 1 no count.. this one i seriously don't know why... can't blame the machine also, should have understand how the machine work before hand.. 2.4km was lucky best.. 9'53min well done man.. worst than last 2.4km... the 9 sec cost $200 which mean to say, 1 sec cost $22... shit me man... for this ippt i seriously can't blame other but myself.. didn't got enough sleep last night... watched nba till like 2am plus...

after bathing, got good news, my hairstylist come back to work!!! but now is at tpy.. text carol about it as she also finding for him.. i asked her when she planning to go and after 3 sms, she finally tell me... ah yo.. waste my sms sia.. but ok la very long didn't text her also..

madness slope

Last weekend was spent in school for track camp.. overall still ok just a bit of conflict... this is the first time i never be so frank about the conflict.. so ya.. FIRST TIME!!! ever since i get out from army i have been quite frank with some stuffs.. not happy just say out..

Today training was 5.5km, timing for it was 27min but did 24'58min.. haha the run suppose to be easy but the last part seem to be pushing.. some misunderstanding from me to the most accurate pacer in our group.. i like to keep the distance as close as possible cos the moment i have grap i will fall back so ya.. think i little to close today...

during the last part of the run, happen to be a slope.. thought after the slope will be alittle slower pace for a while but end out.. the most accurate pacer go fast.. a sudden shock before i pushed on..

lesson learn today... never go too close to pacer... though i never mean to push..

not again....

once again my tendon is giving me problem... the problem nv seem to end... first is my left tendon then to my right tendon then both start giving me problem.. after my left tendon recover, my right tendon gave problem... i'm sick of it!!! i have been down for a couple of training thank to the pain.. think out of the whole club, i injure the most... damn.. today is the best.. 3 more set to finish the whole workout and i end up resting thank to the pain.. think if there is ever one dau i really "bang wall" is because of the stress that i counld'nt finish my workup.. already not a very good runner and everything is giving problem... might be looking fine but the stress in inside me.. everytime i counldn't finish my workout really make me stress... 1 year of running and so much problem is throwing in... the only thing that keep me running is actually the friends i know from track and running... well i got to really train hard and safe.. stay injury free...

1.2km time trial

Nearly didn't meet the timing... lucky i told myself that i don't want to fail time trial again in my last lap.. 3 sec to spare b4 i fail my time trial.. feeling was great after the trial.. a few of us were so worried about it that we dare not use too much energy during the wait for training to start... we even went for a nap at clubhouse.. haha.. ya kind of mad but that just how we get ourselves ready for it...

seem like i couldn't afford to commit to any other things, only training, studying and working... i find myself no time for the rest of the stuff even though i hope i could have... well think just got to let natural take the course... well one fine day dream will come true i hope..

hmm.. think i kind of random, suddenly i feel like dropping my fat percentage and ton up my body more... of cos lean and well ton will be better.. ever seem me in lean body??? haha hopefully got chance...

classmate say my body is hard... oh well i should be happy..

BUT

she say i'm not huggable ... -_-"" still say no wonder i got no gf since i start gym training...

how true is it???

Stress!

yesterday had been so stress cos my group can't really find the right information for our assignment.. I even read my sms wrongly.. omg.. i swear i saw peep instead of pee yesterday... damn... lucky i manage to find some useful site after dinner... cool... taking a break isn't that bad ar.. just like training, need enough rest in order to reach next level of fitness...

clock 8.5km distance for my newton shoe.. well all i can say is that the shoe is great just a little not use to the shoe and the shoe is making my calf tighten up.. nearly cramp... if i had my calf cramp for the 4.5km workout. it's really so... NOT COOL!!! someone is piss today... haha the moment the group came back, lot of scolding started.. Monday will have nice show...

2 new shoe this month!

This month got 2 new shoes, one free and one buy... one is free shoe given by hush puppies while the other one is my first expensive running shoe.. never bought a running shoe b4 expect the army lousy one but well not that bad either... one more week to holiday and the last 2 week is driving me nut.. deadline of assignment to meet though is mostly group assignment but sometime doing project alone will be good.. OTOT and no need to see people face... A lot of thing happen this 2 weeks.. a lot of quarrel and stuff but never really involve me..
